How to Order

1. Select the Name Length (Letters) that matches your chosen name.
2. Choose your preferred Edging Style:
   • Scalloped
   • Zigzag
3. Add your name and colour preferences in the Order Notes at checkout:
   • The name you'd like on your garland (please double-check spelling).
   • Your preferred letter fabric colour.
   • Any additional requests or colour preferences.
4. Complete your order.

After your order is placed, I'll contact you to confirm your colour selections before I begin creating your garland.

Pricing

Garlands are priced according to the number of letters/characters in the name.

• Select the exact Name Length (Letters) when ordering.
• Each additional letter increases the price by $5.
• Spaces are not counted as letters.
• The "&" (ampersand) symbol is available and counts as one character.

Examples

• Lily = 4 letters
• Charlotte = 9 letters
• Ella Rose = 8 letters (space not counted)
• Jack & Lily = 9 characters (8 letters + "&")

Colours & Personalisation

Choose a letter fabric colour that best suits your style. If you have a particular colour palette, nursery theme or inspiration in mind, simply include your preferences in the Order Notes.

Once your order is received, I'll contact you to confirm your colour selections before I start making your garland. This ensures every detail is just right before your personalised order is created.

Hanging & Care Instructions

• Your garland will arrive ready to hang.
• If the letters don't sit correctly after unpacking, gently twist or turn the letters over so the cord returns to its natural shape.
• If required, use a cool iron with a pressing cloth or gentle steam to remove creases.
• Store flat or loosely rolled when not in use.
• Keep away from direct heat, flames and excessive moisture.
• For indoor decorative use only.

• Colours may vary slightly due to different screen settings.
• Production begins once your colour selections have been confirmed.
• Please ensure all spelling details are correct when submitting your order, as personalised items cannot be changed once production has started.
• As this is a personalised item, returns or exchanges cannot be accepted unless your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing fault.
