Approximate Size

• Each letter measures approximately 13 cm (5.1 inches) tall.
• The garland measures approximately 2.15 m (215 cm / 7 ft 1 in) from end to end when laid flat (without any curve or drape), including the hanging cord.

Hanging & Display

Your garland arrives fully assembled and ready to hang on the included cord.

When first unpacked or after being stored, you may notice that some letters don't sit perfectly straight. If this happens, simply twist the affected letter (turn it over once) to allow the cord to return to its natural twist. This will help the letters hang neatly and evenly.

If needed, the letters can be lightly ironed on a low heat setting to remove any creases from storage or postage. For best results, use a pressing cloth or iron from the back where possible, and avoid prolonged direct heat on delicate fabrics.

Storage

As each garland is handmade to order, please allow up to 2 weeks processing time before dispatch. Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Returns

Due to the handmade nature of this item, returns and exchanges are not accepted for change of mind. If your order arrives damaged or there is an issue with your garland, please contact me as soon as possible so I can help.
